Comparison and Contrast Essay

LIFESTYLE

Lifestyle is the way which a person expresses through actions, behaviors, attitude, work,etc in life. Everyone has their own different lifestyle. For me, I am pleased with my lifestyle, but I also admire the lifestyle of my father. My dad's lifestyle and mine have some different features, but also have similar ones in some ways.

About emotion, my father and I love family very much. We love people and like to help the poor, such as do the charity,..Besides, he has good responsibility for work. He is very enthusiastic. When he has a lot of work to do, he usually stays up late or gets up early to determine to finish all of them before deadline. Similarly, I also have responsibility with my studying. I try to do lots of exercises and homework before coming class.

In spite of similarities, lifestyle of my dad's and mine are different. About dealing with problems, because my father has experience of living, he can choose the best solutions quickly and decide them certainly. On the one hand, I solve problems slowly. I am not enough confidence, so I hesitate to give decision by myself. Moreover, whenever he faces troubles or something bad and unexpected, he also manages to overcome, thinks about good things, positive sides and has optimism view for future. In contrast, when I faces bad things, I feel bored, depressed and worried for a very long time. My father often saves money, he just buys something that he thinks it is really essential. On the other hand, I buy anything I like.

In short, my father and I are similar in emotion, responsibilities. But he also has some differences in solving problems, attitude, and using money which I really admire and want to have.
